Howcast.com is an exciting new website founded by Google and YouTube veterans. They are looking to build a team of talented film & video makers to create instructional videos that are both informative and entertaining.

They are currently reaching out to skilled director/shooter/editors, and or gfx artists,
(people at the level of good music video directors) for hire as freelancers to produce short-form HD spots for the web.

They provide the script, pre-recorded voice over, graphic toolkit, music, and edit guidelines, and you do the rest.

Each filmmaker will do 1 trial spot first and then if they work out, they'll be assigned more (up to 4 spots at a time).

The rate is low, but not terrible, and there are definite professional and financial benefits.

Currently they have people working on some live action, claymation, motion graphics, and stop motion spots.
